Can NIOS student give NEET?

YES, according to the recent update, NIOS student is eligible to give NEET . Candidates who have not gone under classroom training are eligible for NEET (UG) as NIOS is a recognized qualification. Since the candidate can give the National Entrance cum Eligibility Test, they can pursue MBBS in India and abroad. Therefore a NIOS – National Institute of Open Schooling student is eligible for NEET UG.

This is the official letter from the UHFM Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. It states that a NIOS candidate is eligible to give NEET UG.

  1. But the letter just shows that they are only requesting to change the verdict of MCI this is wrong information you are giving to people its just a letter opposing the decision on MCI on letting NIOS students appear for NEET
