How do I get admission if my score is low?

  • Check whether you are eligible for AIQ allotted quota on the basis of following:

All India Quota

15% of Total Seats(out of 100%) Reserved for SC

15% of the All India Quota Reserved for ST Candidates

7.5% of All India Quota Reserved for OBC (non-creamy layer)

27% of All India Quota for General Category

  • You also have state quota in the following manner:

15% of Total Seats(out of 100%) Reserved for SC

15% of the State Quota Reserved for ST Candidates

7.5% of State Quota Reserved for OBC (non-creamy layer)

27% of State Quota for General Category

The state quota is subject to policies of each state

Also, there is a further horizontal reservation for Persons with a disability of 3 percent. In case the candidates for the same are not available then they would allow the seats to the individuals belonging to that category.

For instance, there are two students who both belong to the OBC category and are contending for the 4th seat, but one student has a physical handicap as well. Then that candidate would get the preference of the 4th seat before the other OBC candidate.
