What are the rules for applying for the eligibility certificate from the MCI for MCI registration?

  1. Presently, the Applicant needs to send all documents by post. The candidate needs to submit their original certificates. Moreover, they will not allow the applications without original certificates.

  1. The candidate must send the online application form.
  2. The application should reach MCI within 6 months of applying.
  3. In addition, the candidate should maintain an active email ID till the certificates are generated.
  4. The applicant can get the final eligibility certificate from the official website using the login ID and password.

Which documents must you submit in original form for MCI Registration process?

  1. Nationality Proof.
  2. The 10th, 11th, and 12th grades certificate.
  3. The copy of transfer certificate and migration certificate.
  4. Community certificate issued by Tahsildar. If they issue it in the local language, they need its English translation.
  5. Passport size photographs.
  6. Year wise mark list of MBBS if already taken admission.
  7. A copy of the medical institution issued student ID card under which the applicant took admission.
  8. Duly notarize the Affidavit on an Rs. 10/-stamp paper.

The candidate must self-attest all the documents besides the affidavit. The Gazetted officer would attest to the first page of application and admission letter. Enclose the documents with the original form. Moreover, It needs to be arranged and numbered. Therefore, MCI would not accept applications without original and incomplete documents for MCI Registration process. As a consequence, no changes would be allowed once the form is submitted.

  1. I came to Ukraine last year ,whether i want to do the mci application work this year itself or whenever i want ,during the time of graduation .Is there any problem?
