What is the next step after eligibility certificate?

  • The candidate needs to attain an eligibility certificate. After which they can freely pursue the degree from the foreign university. After completion of the degree, you need to apply for MCI Screening test. MCI screening test is also called Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE).
  • However, MCI has issued an order for those students who are already studying MBBS abroad and who went  to study MBBS in the year 2013, 2104 and 2015. If these students want to apply for FMGE, they need to apply for eligibility certificate too.

  1. Hii I am studying in Philippines I already finished my 1 yr and right now I want to change my college and transfer to another college is this possible I have an valid reason for this.
